Instructions:
You need a HackRFone SDR board to replay this recording. You will find it online.
A computer with a hackRF one driver installed(I use Linux) and the performance to send 40MB/s towards the HackRF one device.
Please take the law into consideration when broadcasting!
Only use this in the final hour of the night, towards the first hour of daylight(sunrise time). Not longer. Especially not the entire day or night!!! About 2 hours total.

U can use this command to transmit the data from your HackRF one board.
hackrf_transfer -t test-400-420-day -a 1 -p 1 -f 400000000 -x 47 -s 20000000 -R
Transmit power is on max in this example. You can change it, if you are not sure about its range or your surroundings. -x 47 is the max gain for the HackRF one(30mw). Lower that value to limit its range. And change -a 1 to -a 0. That will turn off the amplifier built in.

This will let it wait for 2 hours before it starts broadcasting. stop will be 2 hours later then start.
Or use crontab(Linux) to schedule if needed.
